Active Smooth is closer to a CC cream for nails, using silica, rice starch, and three AHAs to fill ridges and refine the surface as the polish sits on it. 1. Apply to clean, dry nails with no oil or moisturiser on them.
2. Sweep one or two coats from cuticle to tip, waiting two minutes between coats.
