E-commerce, Marketing & Website Planning Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing assistant to assist with e-commerce, marketing, and website planning across Phare, Dr. Laura Clinc and Dr. Laura GP. If you're studying e-commerce, digital marketing, website design/similar degree OR have a passion for the beauty industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing business.

What you'll do:
- Assist with e-commerce strategy and implementation for a luxury beauty brand
- Manage and update our Shopify store
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including Instagram and Instagram ads campaigns
- Help plan and optimize our website design and user experience
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks and content
- Create, schedule and manage content for online store & all social media across Phare, Dr. Laura Clinic & Dr. Laura GP (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.)

- Assist our SM manager with email campaigns

- Assist with managing UGC / influencer management


What we're looking for:
- Experience with Canva, Capcut, & Adobe and other content creation tools is a necessity.

- Experience or familiarity with Shopify, Instagram, and Instagram ads
- Interest in the beauty industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
- Creativity and an eye for design
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic with a willingness to learn

(We are a small team and finding the right fit is very important to us!)

Please note: you will be required to work in-clinic at least 2 days per week with possibility of working one day remote.


Job Type: Part-Time, 24hrs per week, in-clinic (with flexiblity) with a view to moving to full-time in the future.
