Each shot contains 2.5g of hydrolysed marine collagen and 40mg of vitamin C, the same dose as the entry sachet, in a ready-to-drink liquid rather than a powder you mix. 1. Shake before use.

3. Take once daily. Up to two shots per day is the maximum.
