Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) is an essential cofactor in the body's natural collagen synthesis process: without it, the body cannot form stable collagen fibres. Including it alongside hydrolysed marine collagen supports the body's ability to produce and maintain its own collagen matrix. It also provides antioxidant protection against the oxidative stress that breaks down existing collagen.
One sachet mixed into 150ml of water daily is the standard dose, providing 5g of hydrolysed marine collagen and 40mg of Vitamin C. You can take up to two sachets daily.
