Victoria's Skincare Routine: Pregnancy Edition

Victoria is Dr. Laura Clinic's longest-standing skin therapist, so she knows her stuff when it comes to skincare. Now that she's pregnant, her routine has changed slightly and her main goal is to maintain the glow she's worked so hard to achieve.

Meet Victoria

If you're not a patient of Dr. Laura Clinic, you may not know the fabulous Victoria.

Originally from the states, Victoria brings years of hands-on experience in advanced skin treatments to the clinic, and is known for her calm, confident approach. She has a deep understanding of both medical-grade skincare and in-clinic procedures, which is why her skin is always in tip-top shape!

"I absolutely love skincare but keeping it simple is key. Targeted ingredients ensure my skin stays happy, hydrated and glowing. In the AM as I have a 2 year old so try to aim to get my skincare done in 2 minutes." - Victoria

PM ROUTINE

"I can't use my beloved AlphaRet anymore 💔"

When it comes to pregnancy, retinoids are a no-go, so we often recommend swapping to a peptide.

P-TIOX | SKINCEUTICALS
"Niacinamide, peptides and gentle to keep the skin glowing"

Keeping it simple, Victoria's PM routine is a double cleanse, P-Tiox, followed by her Medik8 moisturiser. Simple but effective - exactly what a mother needs.

HONOURABLE MENTION

"I love a peel pad, so knowing that these are pregnancy safe has been a god send, I use them maybe once a week just for a little at-home peel!"

ACTIVE PEEL SYSTEM | IS CLINICAL

A powerful yet gentle, fast-acting two-step treatment designed to resurface and polish the skin while providing hydration, rejuvenation, and antioxidant protection.

Some people are lucky enough to have that "pregnancy glow" throughout their whole journey - but don't leave it to chance!
