Self-tanners with a genuine skincare quality are rare. Most prioritise the colour and treat everything else as an afterthought. This one uses Vichy Mineralising Thermal Water, which has clinical evidence for skin barrier strengthening, alongside Shea Butter and Vitamin E in a milky, melt-in texture. The DHA concentration is moderate, which gives a natural golden-brown rather than orange result. At €24 for 300ml it sits at a higher price point than the drugstore alternatives, and in my view it earns it on texture and result.

Apply 2 to 4 times a week, depending on the depth of colour desired. Apply to clean, dry skin — blend evenly and pay attention to the hairline, eyebrows, ankles, knees and elbows where colour can build unevenly. Avoid the eye area. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Allow to absorb fully before getting dressed. Does not protect against sun exposure — always apply a separate SPF when spending time outdoors.

Yes — it's specifically formulated for face and body. The formula is suitable for sensitive skin and hypoallergenic, making it appropriate for facial use. Avoid the eye area.
2 to 4 times a week, depending on the depth of colour you want. More frequent application builds a deeper, more visible tan. Every other day or twice a week gives a more subtle, maintained glow.
Apply to clean, dry, exfoliated skin. Blend carefully around the hairline, eyebrows, ankles, knees and elbows — these areas tend to absorb more product and can appear darker. Wash hands immediately after application.
The colour is formulated to develop to a natural golden-brown rather than orange. The concentration of DHA is moderate, which gives a more believable result than high-DHA formulas. Applying little and often gives the most natural result.
