A fragrance-free foaming gel cleanser with a triple acid blend of salicylic acid, mandelic acid and gluconolactone that exfoliates and cleanses in one step. Niacinamide, panthenol and glycerin hydrate and support the skin barrier. Suitable for daily use on sensitive skin.

SALICYLIC ACID AND MANDELIC ACID: BHA and AHA pair for targeted pore-clearing and surface resurfacing in a rinse-off format gentle enough for daily use.

GLUCONOLACTONE (PHA): The gentlest exfoliant in the blend, a PHA that refines skin texture while maintaining moisture, making it well suited to sensitive skin.

NIACINAMIDE AND PANTHENOL: Brighten, soothe and actively support the skin barrier during cleansing so skin is never left feeling stripped.

TRIPLE ACID EXFOLIATION IN A CLEANSER: Salicylic acid, mandelic acid and gluconolactone gently exfoliate and resurface during the cleansing step, promoting surface cell renewal for softer, smoother and more even skin without a separate treatment product.
BARRIER-SUPPORTING FORMULA: Niacinamide, panthenol and glycerin hydrate and soothe the skin barrier during cleansing, so skin is never left feeling stripped or tight after use.
DAILY USE ON SENSITIVE SKIN: Hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, paraben-free and non-comedogenic. Proven to visibly improve skin texture and tone in just 1 week.

1. Wet the face and apply a small amount of cleanser.
2. Gently massage into the skin in circular motions for 30 to 60 seconds.
3. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry.
4. Use morning and/or evening.
5. Follow with the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating SA Lotion for enhanced exfoliation results.

Yes. Unlike many exfoliating cleansers, this is specifically formulated and clinically proven to be gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin. The rinse-off format keeps contact time brief, and the niacinamide and panthenol base actively supports the skin barrier during cleansing.
Yes. The SA Cleanser and SA Lotion are designed to work as a system. Use the cleanser morning and evening, then apply the SA Lotion as a leave-on treatment for continued resurfacing and 48-hour hydration. Introduce both gradually if your skin is new to exfoliating acids.
It is formulated to minimise dryness and irritation. The niacinamide and panthenol base actively hydrates and soothes as you cleanse. If you are already using other exfoliants in your routine, introduce this gradually to avoid over-exfoliation.
As a rinse-off product with brief contact time, the risk is lower than leave-on salicylic acid products. However, we would recommend checking with Dr Laura or your midwife before introducing any exfoliating product during pregnancy.
