For very oily skin or humid conditions, pairing it with the Brush-on-Shield Sheer Matte SPF 30 for midday top-ups will extend both the oil control and the sun protection.

Unlike most mineral SPFs, this one is designed to avoid that. The warm iron oxide tint counteracts the white tone of zinc oxide and blends sheer on medium to deep skin tones without an ashy or chalky finish. For very dark skin tones, it may still read slightly lighter than bare skin — in that case the FLEX in a deeper shade may give a better match.

Yes. The matte finish provides a smooth base for foundation, concealer or setting powder. Allow 30 to 60 seconds for the Face Shield to set before applying other products.
