The step most people skip between cleansing and serums is one of the more overlooked places barrier damage starts. Essences give you a chance to deliver barrier-supporting actives in a format that absorbs quickly without competing with what follows. This one uses Niacinamide, Ectoin and Squalane in a fragrance-free milky texture built to prime the skin for serums. I stock it for patients whose actives aren't absorbing well, for anyone managing dehydration or sensitivity, and for anyone starting from a compromised baseline.

1. Use morning and night, after cleansing and before serums or other actives.
2. Press a small amount into your palms and apply to face and neck with gentle pressing motions rather than rubbing.
3. Allow a few seconds to absorb before applying vitamin C, retinoids, or other serums.
4. This is a prep and base step. Add your targeted actives on top as normal, then follow with SPF in the morning.

Yes. The formula is fragrance-free, clinically tested, and built around actives that are well-tolerated by sensitive skin. Ectoin is anti-inflammatory and specifically beneficial for reactive or sensitive skin types. Niacinamide at appropriate concentrations also works on redness rather than adding to it.
