Morning (Day):
Brush Keratin Booster onto clean nails and allow to dry. Can be worn under polish.

Evening (Night):
Apply a thin layer of SOS Masque to bare nails, leave on 5 minutes, then rinse. Use nightly for intensive repair or several times per week as maintenance.
