A nourishing cream cleanser with squalane, safflower and carrageenan for dry, sensitive and compromised skin.

SQUALANE: A skin-identical emollient that cleanses without stripping the lipid barrier, leaving skin comfortable rather than tight after washing.

SAFFLOWER SEED OIL (CARTHAMUS TINCTORIUS): Rich in linoleic acid, it replenishes the skin's natural fatty acids and supports barrier function through the cleansing step.

AHNFELTIA CONCINNA EXTRACT: An anti-inflammatory seaweed extract that soothes reactive or compromised skin during cleansing.

The cleanser I reach for when patients are using prescription actives, recovering from a procedure, or have skin that reacts badly to foaming formulas. The squalane and safflower oil base replicates the skin's own lipid structure, so it cleanses without removing what the barrier needs to function. Ahnfeltia Concinna (a seaweed extract) provides additional anti-inflammatory calming. It can also be used without water, which makes it a practical choice post-procedure when splashing water on the face isn't comfortable. For sensitive and dry skin in clinic, this is the cleanser I recommend first.

1. Use morning and evening.
2. Apply to damp skin, or directly to dry skin if water isn't available.
3. Massage gently over face and neck, then rinse with water or remove with a soft cloth.
4. Skin should feel comfortable and nourished, not tight, after rinsing.

Yes. The oil base dissolves both makeup and SPF effectively. For heavy waterproof makeup, a double cleanse with this as the second step works well. For lighter daily makeup or sunscreen, one cleanse is sufficient.
