Why It's Phare Approved

This is my preferred cleanser for skin with acne, oiliness, or sluggish texture. The Willow Bark Extract provides gentle natural exfoliation, the Sugar Cane Extract adds an AHA element, and the Centella Asiatica complex (Asiaticoside, Asiatic and Madecassic Acid) actively soothes and supports barrier repair as it cleans. The gel-to-foam texture feels satisfying and rinses cleanly without stripping. It's a genuinely active cleanser, not just a base that sits before the actives that follow.

1. Use morning and evening.
2. Moisten face and neck with water.
3. Apply a small amount to hands, create a lather, and massage over face and neck.
4. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Despite the active ingredients, yes. The exfoliation comes from Willow Bark and Sugar Cane, which are gentler than synthetic AHAs at equivalent concentrations. The Centella Asiatica actively counteracts potential irritation. For very reactive or rosacea-prone skin, the Cream Cleanser is the more cautious option.
