Morning and/or evening. Apply to the face, eye contour and neck using fingertips or a cotton pad. Massage in gently using light, circular motions. Either rinse off with water or remove with a fresh cotton pad — do not rub. Gently pat skin dry. No need to rinse if using as a wipe-off cleanser.
