Fine hair that's been coloured is a tricky combination to condition: most formulas rich enough to protect colour are too heavy for fine strands. Color Security uses silicones and proteins that protect colour and smooth the cuticle without the weight that makes fine hair go flat. Hydrolyzed keratin and silk strengthen without heaviness, and the thermal protection covers daily heat styling. I pair it with the Color Security Shampoo and the Dream Filter for anyone whose colour is fading faster than it should.

After shampooing, apply a small amount to wet hair starting 2 inches from the scalp. Distribute evenly through to the ends, leave for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Pairs with the Color Wow Color Security Shampoo.
